About Our Doctor

Dr. Stonecypher graduated with highest honours from Loma Linda University in California in 2012 and 2014, first with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and then a Masters in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics (MS). He moved to Chilliwack in 2014 and had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Roger Clawson for four years. He purchased the practice from Dr. Clawson in December 2017.

Dr. Stonecypher takes pride in his work, striving to provide the highest quality of care to his patients. He describes orthodontics as an interesting and complex blend of 3D puzzles, science, and art. He enjoys getting to know his patients, hearing their stories, and watching them gain confidence in themselves as their smiles improve. He says, “The best feeling for me is the grins I see when braces come off, or when I hear the gasp of joy when a patient sees the final product in the mirror for the first time!”
